I'm on fire...

So, lots of people asked about the tattoo. It's sort of a new concept, yeah, not one I've talked about before. But it was sort of a crazy week. My Uncle drown in a flood in Michigan and the anniversary of my Dad's death was coming fast. I was stuck in an endless loop of Sing the Sorrow, which forgive me, was perhaps the best AFI era ever, both vocally and fashion wise. Anyway... the song Death of Seasons was sort of stuck when I accidentally hit the repeat button instead of the shuffle. No big deal, but the lyrics are :

I feel the falling stars encircle me, now as they cry.
I held the falling star and it wept for me, dyin'.
I watch the stars they fall from the sky.
And well, it was fate. I needed to have stars encircling me. I was just listening to This Celluloid Dream again, on loop, I need to fix that. This song is catchy. Cinematic!

Moving on...

I seemed to have gotten a ton of knitting done. It's cold in Cali. Compared to here, at least. So I'm cranking out the fingerless gloves and berets with a quickness.

I'm also back into some other stuff I used to work on. I unearthed a few boxes of supplies trying to organize for this move. I'm excited to be back mainland, but crazy about moving across an ocean. It's not the first time, but I hate waiting for my stuff and my cars. ANGST!

I lost the cord to hook my Crackberry to my laptop, so that's sort of what prompted the cleaning frenzy. It's been suggested I might be OCD, cause I am so overly organized (I own a well used labeling machine) but I couldn't find it. Panic. So now I'm back in business.

Now, back to writing this damn thesis. It's not going to finish itself.
